Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HOUSE FOH Inventory, including the website, app, inventory tools, reports, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and Authorized Users
The account owner is responsible for the business account, invited users, assigned roles, location access, and activity performed under that account. Users must keep login credentials and PINs secure and may only access accounts they are authorized to use.
3. Customer Data
You own the business data entered into HOUSE, including inventory items, vendors, purchase orders, receiving records, pricing, recipes, reports, and location information. We use customer data to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service.
4. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to improve HOUSE, create benchmarks, analyze industry trends, and develop future features. We do not sell customer-identifiable inventory, pricing, vendor, purchase, or user data.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup or in account settings. If payment fails, access may be limited or suspended after any stated grace period. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, copy or resell the software, or use HOUSE for unlawful purposes.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep HOUSE available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party provider issues. We may update features, workflows, pricing, and these terms over time.
8. Support
If something does not work correctly, users may be asked to provide the visible HOUSE error code, account name, location, and a brief description of what they were doing when the issue occurred.
9. Limitation of Liability
HOUSE is provided as an operational tool. You remain responsible for reviewing inventory counts, purchase orders, receiving records, prices, reports, tax records, and accounting decisions. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HOUSE is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost profit, or consequential damages.
