We also collect operational data entered into the app, including inventory items, vendors, pricing, purchase orders, receiving records, recipes, counts, reports, and account settings.

We may collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, app activity, login activity, page usage, feature usage, error codes, and general performance information. This helps operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve HOUSE.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, manage accounts, support users, process subscriptions, secure the app, improve workflows, develop new features, and communicate about service updates.
4. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may use aggregated or de-identified data for product improvement, industry benchmarks, trend analysis, and reporting. This data is designed not to identify a specific customer, location, staff member, or business.
5. What We Do Not Sell
We do not sell customer-identifiable inventory, pricing, vendor, purchase, receiving, recipe, report, or staff-user data. If we share industry insights, they should be aggregated or de-identified.

7. Data Security and Retention
We aim to collect only what is useful for the service, limit access based on role, protect stored information, and keep information only as long as needed for legitimate business, support, security, legal, or accounting purposes.

Account owners can update business information, manage users, change location access, deactivate users, and request help with account or data questions.
